Tours
What should I bring to tours in Tikal or Yaxhá?
We recommend comfortable and cool clothing, walking shoes, insect repellent, sunscreen, a hat, and enough water.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 48 hours in advance differ a 80% refund. Less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
Do you include transport from my hotel?
Most of our tours include pickup at hotels in the central area of Flores and Santa Elena.
Visas
How long does the visa process take?
It depends on the country and the season. For the US, appointments can take several months, while Mexico is usually faster.
